Please call to schedule an appointment at 954-885-5555, or via the Patient portal on your computer or on your phone via the HEALOW App. However please be aware that once you have made an appointment, it is necessary you allow us a minimum 24-hour cancelation window, otherwise you will be charged a $30.00 No Show Fee.
Our schedule is a crucial part of our daily forecasting, it allows us to plan our patients adequately so that each individual patient can have the necessary time they require with the physician based on their needs.
Our office will call you with all "Normal" and "Abnormal" lab test results as soon as the Doctor has received, reviewed, and documented your chart with the results. After which all results will automatically be made available for you to view on your personal and secure Patient Portal.
If there are incomplete or pending test(s), we would not call until everything has been received and reviewed.
If you wish to call the office for test results, you may do so during regular office hours. We will respond to your call as quickly as possible. Please understand that when we are seeing patients it may take longer to get your results.
Please call your pharmacy and have them send us a "Fax Refill Request Form" or "Electronic Prescription Refill Request". Please do not wait until the last day of your medication to call our office. This will ensure that you do not run out of your medication.
We do require 1-3 days in order to allow us enough time to review your request, confirm your medication, validate the dose, frequency and document your chart appropriately.
If it’s been several months since your last appointment, you may be asked to make an appointment in order to refill your prescription. Once again, we are here to confirm and maintain your Therefore, it is important that you maintain your If a new prescription is required, you will need to call us to set up an appointment.
If you need to make an appointment, our office staff looks forward to assisting you. Dr. Patron not just prefers but insists on addressing Patient needs as soon as possible, usually within the same day.
Therefore, we ask that when calling for a sick visit, please call us as early in the day as possible. We open our doors and answer our phones as early as 8:00am so that we may accommodate you and you may be seen that same day.
To request a copy of your medical record, you will need to sign a release of information and indicate the specific information you are requesting. Payment is due at the time of request: $15 for 1-50 pages, $30 for 51-100 pages, and $45 for 101-150. The turnaround time is a maximum of 30 days. Medical Records will contact you when the records are ready to pick up. Once records are released to a "patient", they are responsible for their records moving forward. A physician’s office can request a copy of your medical records at no charge.
Patron Medical strives to serve our patients efficiently and effectively. For us to achieve our goals, we ask that our patients do their part in cooperating and respecting our office policies regarding insurance and payment. Full payment for co-pays, deductibles and non-covered services are expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
We participate with most major insurance companies, but we do recommend that you contact your insurance company, prior to your appointment, to verify we are participating providers on your insurance plan.
